Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, peak periods, weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier delays. The most accurate delivery estimate can be found on the product page and in your tracking information.
Track your order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package until delivery.
Missed delivery
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier may attempt redelivery, deliver the package to a pickup location, or follow their standard delivery procedure. Details are available via your tracking link.
Delayed shipments
If there is no tracking update for more than 10 business days after shipment, please contact us at vhartproducts@gmail.com with your order number so we can assist you.
Address check
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Fenaro is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Orders are shipped via third-party fulfillment partners, which may be located inside or outside Canada. Orders may arrive in multiple shipments.
